Katie Heiser, owner of Puddle Jumpers Consulting, has an extensive background in early childhood education, including experience as a nature-based preschool teacher, program supervisor, and nanny. She holds an AA in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis on children with exceptionalities and a BA in Early Childhood Education with a focus on trauma studies. Katie is passionate about exceeding expectations in placing nannies with families and is dedicated to the continued education of the nannies she recruits. She has a strong commitment to nature-based education, developmentally appropriate practices, and supporting educators and families in finding the best fit for their needs.
