Process Timeline

Step 1: Initial Consultation

The first step in our placement process is an initial consultation with Katie to understand your family's unique needs and desired qualities in a nanny. During this meeting, Katie will gather information about your care requirements, preferences, and expectations.

Step 2: Recruiting the Best Fit

With the information from the initial consultation, Katie will begin the recruitment process. She will create a tailored job post that reflects your individualized care needs, including details such as rates, timeline, benefits, and other relevant information.

Step 3: Review and Selection

Katie will send you a portfolio of candidates who best match your family's needs. You will have the opportunity to review these candidates and select the ones you would like to meet. Katie will then set up meeting times for you and the candidates and arrange trial days to ensure a good fit for everyone involved.

Step 4: Hiring and Onboarding

Once you have selected the right candidate, Katie will assist with the complete employment package, including drafting the contract, handling tax information, setting up payroll, and finalizing work agreements.
