Our full-time nanny placement service is priced at 13% of the candidate’s gross annual compensation. This ensures we can continue to provide top-quality service and support throughout the placement process.
Registration Fee:

A non-refundable registration fee of $400 is required to initiate the search and placement process. This fee covers the initial consultation, job posting, candidate screening, and other administrative costs.
Replacement Guarantee:

In the unlikely event that your nanny leaves before the end of the contract, we offer a maximum of one free replacement. If further replacements are needed, we provide a 10% discount on subsequent placements to ensure you receive the support you need without additional financial burden.

Newborn Care Specialist
Placement Fee:
The placement fee through Puddle Jumpers is 15% of the provider's annualized gross income. Each Newborn Care Specialist will have their own fees and contract to be signed directly with you, as they operate as independent contractors.

These specialists typically charge between $55 to $65 per hour.
On Call Nanny
Service Fee: $45 per day or $35 for families who have used our service before. On call nanny fees generally are $32-45 per hour depending on your specific needs.
Short Term Placement
Service Fee: $65 per day for each day the candidate works. Short term placement fees differ from each provider but are generally between $32-45 per hour depending on your specific needs.
How Short Term Placements Work

At Puddle Jumpers, our on-call nannies, short-term placements, and date night sitters are thoroughly vetted and fully screened from our trusted nanny pool. Each caregiver undergoes comprehensive background checks, interviews, and reference verifications to ensure they meet our high standards of care and professionalism.

Families requesting on-call placements, short-term nannies, or date night sitters need to reach out to Puddle Jumpers at least four hours in advance to be placed with a candidate. This allows us to ensure you receive reliable, high-quality care tailored to your needs.

Process
Step 1: Initial Contact
To request an on-call nanny, short-term placement, or date night sitter, families need to reach out to Puddle Jumpers via text, email, or call at least four hours in advance.

Step 2: Information Required
When you reach out to us, please provide the following information:
- Number of children
- Duration of care needed
- Any driving responsibilities
- Whether a parent will be present in the home
- Any allergies the children have
- Ages of the children

Step 3: Sourcing and Confirmation
Once we receive your request, Puddle Jumpers will begin sourcing from our vetted nanny pool. We will find a suitable candidate and confirm their availability. As soon as we have a confirmation from the nanny, we will reach out to you with the details and confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel the placement, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be required to pay the nanny for the full hours they would have worked unless the cancellation is due to illness.
